Return & Cancellation Policy

  • As most of our products are custom-made, returns or cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is confirmed.
  • In case of manufacturing defects or damage during transit, customers must inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper images or videos.
  • After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution, such as repair, replacement, or adjustment, at our discretion.
  • Products must not be used or altered to be eligible for any return consideration.
