Blade Smith Industries generally does not offer refunds, as most products are custom-made.
Refunds are considered only in cases of order cancellation approved by us before production starts.
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
No refunds will be issued once the order is confirmed, dispatched, or delivered.
Advance payments are non-refundable after order confirmation.
